Overview of the job

The Business Development/Presales team handles a range of tasks in market research, competitive analysis, and market size estimation to support business development and commercialization. Research areas will include innovative applications of state-of-the-art AI and Machine Learning technology to address clients’ business challenges.

​Our Presales/Technical Sales (Mid-Senior) will be responsible for Market Validation due diligence, designing and implementing Go-To-Market strategies, Pipeline Management, and Commercialization of Sertis innovations and solutions. Our proposed solutions may range across many data domains, such as cloud migrations, data lake& warehouse development, business intelligence/insights, and advanced analytics & AI. You will also work in collaboration with Sertis’ teams, to ensure great communication and client success.

In this role, you will get to:

• Provide consulting on data analytics and machine learning/AI solutions for businesses.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Gather requirements, analyze stakeholders, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Guide feature prioritization for PoC or MVP implementations.
• Assist in solution preparation and proposal development.
• Mentor junior staff on presales strategies.
• Define and implement innovative solutions with clients and developers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project implementation.
• Adapt pricing schemes to meet client budgetary needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

You’ll be successful if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• 4-5 years of experience in consulting, technology, or data-related domains.
• Expertise in identifying and presenting solutions based on business problems.
• Strong communication and interaction skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment models.
• Ability to present to executives, translate customer requirements, and map business needs to technical designs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of data systems and structures.
