We at Digital Hub CAI “Customer. Agent. Interaction.” rebuild and operate the IT systems (ERPK-T system network).
(a) bringing Deutsche Telekom customers with their specific concerns to the most suitable service agent or digital agent (routing) and
(b) to provide the agent with optimal tools for customer care (frontends)
We support the business processes on all channels (voice, e-mail, letter, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

Képzettség

The product owner represents the business view in the agile team and is our face to the relevant stakeholders. He/she takes responsibility for the success of the product and ensures to optimize the customer and business value, process-oriented thinking is a valuable part as well as being a team player.
Your essential tasks include:

• Your focus is to design and evolve services to enable Deutsche Telekom processes
• You are responsible for the end-to-end interaction of all services and system functions for the successful from development thru operations
• You work actively on innovation and automation to modernize the IT landscape

• You ensure a goal-oriented communication between stakeholders in the functional/business and technical/implementation to create software that fulfills the purpose & meets architecture guardrails.
• You advise the business units with technical expertise and business process know-how
