Description
The Department of Orthodontics, University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, invites applications for a full-time, Clinician-Educator track position, available at the Assistant/Associate Professor level.
This position calls for a person who, through excellence in teaching, research, and clinical practice in Orthodontics, is able to build and maintain the department's reputation nationally and internationally through leadership and direction of department activities, including pre- and postdoctoral education programs, research and service to the community. Clinical practice within the University may be available depending on State License restrictions.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates who have previous teaching and research experience. The successful candidate must have a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree, completed a CODA accredited postdoctoral orthodontic program, and should beBoard Eligible or a Diplomate of the ABO.
