Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and dietary guidelines

• Monitor food temperatures and ensure food is served at safe temperatures

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to company standards and food safety guidelines

• Restock supplies and inventory as needed

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely meal service

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent food quality and presentation

 

Cook Requirements:

• Experience as a cook or in a related culinary role

• Long term care experience refered

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
