Your Role in the Patient Journey

You are the bridge between clinical excellence and financial peace of mind for our patients. In this role, you will:

• Master the Claims Process: Manage insurance submissions, track aging reports, and ensure claims are processed accurately.

• Empower Patients: Perform verifications and calculate patient portions so there are no surprises at the front desk.

• Keep the Day Flowing: Support the front office by answering phones and scheduling our wonderful patients.

• Collaborate: Work closely with a team that values "team care" just as much as patient care.

What We Are Looking For

• Dental Insurance Expertise: You have a solid background in dental insurance (required). You understand the nuances of claims, codes, and verifications.

• A Detailed Eye: You enjoy getting things right the first time and keeping our data organized.

• A Team Player: You have a positive attitude and a "how can I help?" mindset.

• Communication Skills: You can explain complex insurance details to patients with kindness and clarity.

• Type: Full-Time, Hourly

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour + Benefits
