<p></p><p>Senior Analyst, Vulnerability Assessment </p><p></p><p>The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.</p><p></p><p>Join us as a Senior Analyst on our Vulnerability Assessment team in Poland to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. </p><p></p><p>What you’ll achieve </p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing, supporting, and managing vulnerability management systems for both onsite and in the cloud for a large organization. The Sr. Analyst will act as technical liaison and business coordinator across functional teams and stakeholder efforts to drive and straighten the company’s vulnerability assessment capabilities. </p><p></p><p>You will: </p><ul><li><p>Triage and resolve engagement requests (ServiceNow, Jira, Email Inbox) while maintaining defined SLAs. </p></li><li><p>Conduct thorough technical analysis of vulnerabilities to determine false positives and provide recommendations for the remediation or mitigation of vulnerabilities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with tool support to resolve vulnerability detection issues, ensuring accurate scanning and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Support the development of automated processes and workflows to increase assessment coverage, reduce time to detection, improve CI/CD integrations, and improve SLAs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with other members of the assessment team on daily issues, diagnose and resolve vulnerability scanner software problems, and maintain normal operations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Take the first step towards your dream career </p><p>Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: </p><p></p><p>Essential Requirements </p><ul><li><p>2+ years of professional experience in Vulnerability Management or a similar role with focus on false positive review.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of enterprise vulnerability scanning tools (Nexpose/InsightVM, Tenable IO, Qualys, Prisma Cloud etc.) </p></li><li><p>Proficient with conducting root cause analysis, triage of technical issues, and devising solutions. </p></li><li><p>Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Desirable Requirements </p><ul><li><p>Strong planning and organizational skills with experience using Agile methodologies. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Who we are</p><p>We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
