About the role

 

At KWS, we are advancing our global S/4HANA transformation and optimizing end-to-end business processes across our organization. To support this journey, we are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Business Process Manager (all gender) Sugarbeet to join our team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany. This permanent full-time position offers you the opportunity to apply and develop your skills in a challenging and demanding business environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Steer the development of a work stream in S4HANA Program through all SAP Activate phases in our business unit Sugarbeet
  • Support SAP Process Owner in particular for modules MM/PP/QM/PM/WM : consultancy / maintenance / testing / troubleshooting
  • Prepare the sprint planning, align review dates together with the process team, monitor progress of sprint & release backlog in JIRA
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with regards to S4Hana program and multiple internal departments
  • Continuous gap analysis to identify demand for adjustments of system and/or training of users
  • Organization/coordination of user support in sales/logistics/production within the business unit Sugarbeet, ticket support, management of roles/access rights

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Extensive professional experience in SAP process/project management in particular with modules PP/QM/PPDS, additionally the modules MDM & MM would be nice to have
  • Experience with S4Hana rollouts and ECC working procedures is necessary
  • Proven structured and target oriented project management skills in challenging and demanding, complex and international organizational settings
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: ability to move projects from conceptual to implementation phase, within this, skills to create, analyze and optimize End to End processes
  • Ability to positively cope with change and lead the transformational process
  • Effective and transparent written and verbal communication in English and high degree of intercultural and interpersonal skills, additional language skills (in particular German) are an asset
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 10-15% of working time
