We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Grand Rapids. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming shipments

• Prepare and package outgoing orders for timely delivery

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)

• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse

• Follow company policies and safety procedures

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
