Job Description

Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist who will support the CRM Strategy team in developing and executing strategic initiatives dedicated to engaging, retaining, and building loyalty with our customers. The CRM Specialist plays an important role serving as the main link between strategy and technical execution. In this role you will be working cross-functionally with several team members to ensure that all campaigns are planned, coordinated, and executed on time, as we all as communicated out to other partners. You will be motivated and organized, work toward operational excellence, and have a customer-centric philosophy.

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end delivery; from capturing campaign requirements through to planning, developing, and QA'ing communications.

  • Supports the CRM Strategy team with the planning and execution of important initiatives and campaigns, including on-time delivery, rush requests scheduling, audit support and training.
  • Partners with CRM Operations to ensure that all planned communications are identified, tracked, and delivered on schedule
  • Manages production and implementation of all email campaigns while coordinating QA with Design and Copywriting teams
  • Responsible for coordinating all push planning, scheduling, development and QA with CRM Program managers
  • Assists Program Managers and Account Managers with Cobranded email campaigns
  • Manages communications and updates in various channels to the CRM team and cross functional teams
  • Reviews, confirms, and updates calendars to ensure accuracy in campaign planning and execution

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, marketing or technology-related
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills (attention to detail, handling, and prioritization multiple priorities, managing tight timelines) are important
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients and internal teams using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and/or Tableau.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills a must
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
