Responsibilities:

• Assemble components to produce finished products (filters) based on production schedule/targets
• Positions and/or aligns components and parts either manually or with the use of machines
• Uses hand tools or machines to cut and assemble parts
• Conducts quality checks to make sure the correct product is used and made to customer specifications
• Collects all material and equipment needed to start the work process
• Cleans and maintains the work area and equipment including tools (5S)
• Works in a safe manner using all required PPE for the tasks at hand

Follows all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, and manipulate
• Knowledge of proper materials used to make filters
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to count

Good understanding of quality control principles
