Project Coordinator

Ripple Effect Consulting (REC) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support logistics and project operations. This role is responsible for managing the coordination of project orders, scheduling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring seamless customer communication, and identifying process efficiencies to minimize costs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes the initiative to improve operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Logistics Management – Track orders from placement to delivery, proactively resolving delays to maintain project schedules.
• Testing & Documentation – Oversee additional testing requirements, ensuring timely completion and maintaining all necessary documentation, including photos and certifications.
• Shipment Coordination – Organize shipment staging and inspections, ensuring packaging and labeling meet project-specific requirements; communicate needs clearly with warehouse/yard teams.
• Customer Coordination – Serve as the primary contact for customer site representatives, ensuring delivery timelines and scheduling needs are met.
• Outbound Shipment Scheduling – Work closely with Operations leadership to coordinate outbound logistics and ensure timely deliveries.
• ERP Inventory Management – Process material receipts in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with purchase orders. Process shipments and communicate invoicing timelines with accounting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or project management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with ERP systems (Invera’s Stratix ERP is a plus but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
