What?

This position will accurately count, label/sticker, pick, pack, secure, ship customer orders to ensure they meet or exceed the shipping deadlines and the customer requirements at our Distribution Center.
 

Main aspects of the role include:

• Physical position with lifting and carrying 20-40 pounds repetitively and walking and standing the majority of the shift
• Picks, packs, scans, secures, and ships orders to meet DC team performance goals and works to reduce the sources of errors (miss-pick, miss-ship)
• Label and sticker orders to meet customers’ requirements.
• Maintains the warehouse in a manner to meet or exceed USDA/FDA and customer specific requirements. 

You!

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and effectively with a small group. It would be preferred for this person to have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, reliable transportation is necessary. This candidate should prioritize personal and food safety as the most critical objective.
