Clinical Associate – Rheumatology #MED269a

Description

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Rheumatology, is seeking a full-time rheumatologist for appointment as a Clinical Associate for a renewable term of up to two years. The appointee will primarily see outpatients in general rheumatology clinic at our new Northbrook site and have a half-day clinic onsite in the Duchossois Center for Advanced Medicine (DCAM); occasionally the candidate might be asked to serve on the inpatient consult service at our main campus in Hyde Park. This position does not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications.

Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois, and 3) be BC/BE in rheumatology.
