Job duties include but are not limited to:
Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
The ideal candidate will have:
High School education or equivalent
At least one year of General Maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment (preferably luxury hotel)
Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn other proprietary computer applications and technology.
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
