Brightway Insurance in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking to hire an Agency Sales Manager to lead their team. The prime candidate is a motivated individual who is driven to help clients protect their futures. This is an on-site position requiring you to be in the office Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. *This is a salary, plus commission opportunity with compensation details listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations: oversee administrative workflows, scheduling, front-desk activity, and ensure the office is organized and functioning smoothly.
• Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through lead follow-up and sales conversations
• Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS)
• Stay informed on underwriting rules, product changes, and carrier markets
• Support agency branding, marketing tasks, and contribute ideas to help grow book of business

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required
• Must hold a 2-20 Florida Property & Casualty insurance license at time of application
• Ability to report to the office Mon-Fri. from 9am-5pm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial drive
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to take ownership of goals

Compensation: Annual Salary PLUS Commission

• Annual Salary: $40-43K (determined by years of experience)
• Average first year total earnings: $50-75K+
