Director of Real Estate Acquisitions

Landa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Real Estate Acquisitions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring residential investment properties that align with our buy box. You will lead the entire acquisitions process from identifying potential properties, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing the closing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate acquisitions and a proven track record of success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and acquiring investment properties.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and investment analysis techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with sellers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
• Real estate license is a plus.
