Position Summary
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
- Bring deep domain expertise in defense HR portfolios and the broader personnel readiness ecosystem.
- Proactively assess the current stakeholder landscape and operating environment to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance cadence, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/CSI Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite up to 80%
- 2+ years' experience in Personnel and Readiness (P&R) directorate related to organization design, organizational priorities and policy development
Preferred:
- Experience supporting budget planning and analysis and its alignment within the P&R portfolio
- Strategic Planning
- Change and Communications management
