What’s The Job? 

 

Title: Facility Security Dispatcher

Location:  Wayzata, MN
Salary:  $18 per hour
Hours: Friday - Monday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.; 32 hours

What Will I Be Doing?  

 

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:  

• Monitor building automation, fire, and security system alarms then follow the given call tree 
• Dispatching various groups to address needs: custodial, maintenance, security, electrician, grounds, etc.
• Address various types of phone calls: emergency, security, food safety, and tenant requests
• Create work orders and escalate work based on given priority levels.
• Actively monitor CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)
• Decipher and route company email inquiries 
• Written documentation on items needing escalation.

• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, able to type coherent reports 
• Basic computer knowledge and software including Word and Excel

• Avid learner with good retention
