Meade, MD area.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows</li> <li>Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents for the development team</li> <li>Assist in the functional configuration, setup, and maintenance of PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirements</li> <li>Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, writing test scripts, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</li> <li>Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, performing initial analysis, and collaborating with technical teams for resolution</li> <li>Develop and maintain critical documentation, including functional design documents, process flow diagrams, user guides, and training materials</li> <li>Provide ongoing functional support and training to end-users to promote system adoption and efficiency</li> <li>Utilize SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager to perform data analysis, generate reports, and validate data integrity</li> <li>Assist senior analysts in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical field </li> <li>Experience with Data analysis or visualization and tools such as Tableau</li> <li>Experience with data organiza
