Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities: - Provide outsourced accounting and financial management support to healthcare clients, acting as an extension of the client’s internal finance team - Execute core accounting functions including month-end close, financial statement preparation, and ongoing financial reporting - Compile, reconcile, and analyze financial data to support audits, cost reporting, and regulatory requirements - Partner with client leadership to address financial and operational challenges, contributing to informed decision-making - Deliver high-quality financial insights and reports, including materials for executive leadership and board-level presentations as needed - Adapt to a variety of client environments by quickly learning new accounting systems, workflows, and healthcare-specific technologies - Identify opportunities to enhance client operations through process improvements, problem solving, and expanded service support - Collaborate with cross-functional and international team members to ensure timely and accurate deliverables - Support knowledge transfer and task delegation by training junior or offshore team members on repeatable processes and workflows

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Finance or related field considered - Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial experience - Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly within hospitals or related care settings Strong foundation in core accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities - Ability to analyze financial data and support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements - Proven adaptability in learning new systems, tools, and client environments, with strong problem-solving and communication skills   Alaina Lister, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process.
