Lead Solutions Architect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science or management information systems or related field. Any of the following listed certifications will have added advantage: 
• SAFe Architect TOGAF 9 
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Logistics (receiving, put away, inventory movement, LPNS, costing, etc.) data model, custom objects, workflows, and configuration. 
• Advanced ability to present in-depth technical solution demos and presentations to business stakeholders. 
• Ability to break down complex technical solutions and communicate so audiences of different levels of specialized experience can easily understand them. 
• Strong leader with demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. 
• Active listener with the ability to quickly assess a situation or problem and communicate understanding with the business. 
• Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity and present alternative ideas functionally and technically.  
• 8+ Years of Full application lifecycle development experience using multiple frameworks.  
• 3+ Years of Technology Leadership Experience (direct reporting or dotted line with proven success metrics as defined by SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). 
• 3+ Years of experience in API Lifecycle Management application integrations 
• 5+ Years working in SQL, PL/SQL, SOA 
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain Modules: data model, custom objects, workflows, and configuration. 
• Have experience with technology delivery management tools (ServiceNow, VersionOne).
