Operations Analyst Intern

What we do: We provide e-commerce and B2B fulfillment services to high end beauty and skincare companies, working closely with C-level executives and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities: The Operations Analyst will report to the Operations Controller and will have many important responsibilities, including but not limited to

• Assist in analyzing data and generate reports to aid in business decisions.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives with our agencies.
• Collect and analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and efficiency.
• Contributes to the design and testing of tools or systems for operational improvements.
• Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate findings.

Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in software/tools like Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, fast learning, and eager to spend time building skills in the Distribution Centers.
