• Location: Arlington, TX
• Schedule: Full-time | Mixed Shifts | Rotating Weekends
• Salary Range: $84,843 – $127,275 annually (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Overview:
A top-rated healthcare facility in Arlington is hiring a Nurse Manager for Outpatient Surgery to provide leadership and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in its surgical services department. This is an exciting opportunity for a BSN-prepared RN with OR leadership experience and a passion for surgical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour accountability and operational oversight of the outpatient surgery unit

• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities to support safe and efficient care delivery

• Lead performance improvement initiatives and implement hospital policies and procedures

• Assist in budget planning, staffing, and quality monitoring

• Foster a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• TX RN License or Compact State License required

• BSN required (MSN preferred)

• BLS from approved provider (ACLS and PALS required within 6 months if not already certified)

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care surgical services leadership experience

• 3–5 years of perioperative RN experience in the operating room or surgical setting required

• Cardiovascular surgical experience strongly preferred

• Demonstrated leadership or prior management experience preferred
