Social Media Manager - Construction & Interior Design Expertise

This is a remote position.

Scope:

• Part-time: Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM AEST (20 hours per week), with potential to increase hours.
  
• Work remotely.
  
• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients in the construction and interior design industries.
  
• Collaborate with the interior design team to align social media content with client projects.
  
• Adapt to each client’s brand voice and style guidelines.
  
• Provide basic performance reports on social media engagement and growth.
  

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  
• Write engaging captions tailored to the construction and interior design industries.
  
• Manage content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  
• Use existing templates to maintain brand consistency across client profiles.
  
• Research industry trends to inform content creation.
  
• Draft Wordpress blog posts and email newsletters using the company’s tone of voice.
  
• Schedule Pinterest pins using supplied portfolio images.
  
• Create and post LinkedIn updates.
  
• Utilize tools such as Canva for content creation and social media scheduling platforms for streamlined posting.
  

Requirements:

• Experience in social media management, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and adapt to various brand voices.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva and social media scheduling platforms.
  
• Familiarity with Wordpress and/or Klaviyo is highly desirable.
  
• Basic understanding of the construction or interior design industry (or willingness to learn).
  
• Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics.
  
• Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
