We are looking for hands-on TPM’s with expertise and passion in solving difficult problems in all areas of software engineering: distributed systems, identity, security, observability, and user experience.
This is a greenfield opportunity to design and build new cloud centric applications from the ground up. We are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. Who are we looking for?
In this Principal Technical Program Management role, you will be working across a multi-functional team that understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through planning and designing technical solutions to solve the business’s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The position relies heavily on influence rather than authority to drive projects.
You will define project scopes, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; handle risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects.
You will monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. You will assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
You will collaborate closely with partners in program and product management to understand our customers and build the right solutions and products that makes their needs and businesses complete.
You should possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in hybrid teams. You are a self-starter technical leader with a shown ability to implement both strategically and tactically, and someone who is excited to take on new projects.
You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building. You should be customer-focused with a passion for the cloud. You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to create solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities.
Role Summary
In this IC4 Technical Program Management role, you will drive Oracle Health’s Big Rocks program — the highest-priority, cross-functional initiatives with direct SVP and executive visibility. You will bring clarity, predictability, and disciplined execution across engineering, PM, UX, and operations.
You will also work closely with the UX leadership team to strengthen the integration of UX design and user experience quality into the planning and delivery lifecycle. This role elevates experience-led development across engineering teams.
This position requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and the ability to influence without authority.
