Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

<p> </p> <p><b><span>Areas of Responsibilities:</span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define technical requirements, and deliverables, and assist in setting expectations within the business.</li> <li>Defining and updating of the overall technology vision and strategy, helping to ensure its progress within the Product Development roadmap.</li> <li>Hands-on creation and presentation of Architecture Design Documents that capture non-functional requirements from the perspective of business, software, data, and infrastructure architectures.</li> <li>Review all architecture documents created by your team to ensure completeness in vision and accounting for the competing concerns of the technology strategy, non-functional requirements, customer needs, and product roadmap.</li> <li>Mentoring and developing engineering staff in architectural concerns.</li> <li>Keep current on technical advances in the industry, including microservices, distributed systems, cloud, deployment and delivery automation, machine learning.</li> <li>Accountable for the design, ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics of the systems.</li> <li>Supports and reinforces our development process with the architecture and product management teams, acting as a champion for high-quality implementations, and helping communicate and clarify our processes.</li> <li>Perform code and design reviews of components created by engineers and architects.</li> <li>Drives the architectural and service governance program (guardrails).</li> <li>May occasionally need to perform hands-on development of interfaces and frameworks for the engineering team to further implement.</li> <li>Work with product management, business stakeholders, and other engineering leaders to help define mid-term, and long-term roadmaps and shape business directions; drive the non-functional requirements of the product.</li> <li>Meet occasionally with enterprise customers in support of our largest deals, create presentations for customers representing our technology current and future state, provide estimates and guide scoping for extensive mission-critical system needs, and mentor the team to do so.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span>Profile of Qualifications:</span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develops enterprise architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies.</li> <li>Develops the technical capability of their team as well as the IT organization as a whole.</li> <li>Is passionate about integrating data and applications to create world-class composable systems architectures.</li> <li>Analyzes technology industry and market trends and determines potential impact upon the enterprise.</li> <li>Obsesses about creating and maintaining useful reference architecture standards.</li> <li>Develops relationships with vendors and business partners.</li> <li>Acts as a consultant to IT and business leaders.</li> <li>Will have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and will have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development and performance.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
