About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to partner with Operations in leading the transition through both ERP and WMS system upgrades. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational readiness, driving business continuity, and enabling system and process excellence across our US Distribution Center (DC) Network.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bridging business needs and technical solutions, guiding stakeholders through system implementations, and improving processes that support high-quality, efficient operations.

Work Mode: On-site 4 days per week in Quincy, MA (1 day remote).
Travel: Up to 25% (including to MN).

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Partner with Operations, IT, and functional stakeholders to lead the transition of ERP and WMS system upgrades.
• Identify, collect, and outline operational requirements for system design and implementation.
• Ensure business needs are accurately reflected and accounted for in solution design.
• Collaborate with IT to translate business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable technology solutions.
• Perform quality assurance and system validation, including testing, documentation, and resolution of defects.
• Identify challenges in system design and recommend practical solutions or enhancements.
• Provide analytical and systems support to Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing personnel.
• Serve as Project Manager for multiple initiatives, coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Communicate testing results, system changes, and business impacts to operational stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support a culture of data integrity, process consistency, and system excellence across SAP, Manhattan, and related systems.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related functions within distribution and logistics.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional business initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS implementations, preferably SAP and/or Manhattan.
• Expertise in Microsoft Suite (including Visio).
• Experience performing end-user support, testing, and project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or MHA).
• Experience in the medical device industry or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Prior Boston Scientific experience (strongly valued for internal candidates and contractors).
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma certification or methodologies.
