As the creative lead for the Spanish Market he/she is responsible for the 360 adaptation of assets to be delivered to media. He/she will manage the creative teams (copywriters and art directors) that are responsible for the different advertising campaigns and projects. He/she will guide his team to create excellent work focusing both on the clients and the agency’s needs.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Adapt concepts in a relevant way for the market, supervise the adaptation of all the campaign thru the lens of the local cultural context and taking in consideration the Brand objectives.</li> <li>Pitch and negotiate proposals keeping in line with the needs of both the agency and the client.</li> <li>Lead multiple projects end to end in accordance with deadlines.</li> <li>Under the ECDs supervision, evaluate and, if necessary, adjust the content of the projects before completion.</li> <li>Management of the creative team.
