Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide tactical support to the Talent Acquisition Manager for full-cycle recruitment for various positions across the network.
Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate University Relations recruiting initiatives to help build a talent pipeline for Great Lakes Cheese.
• Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, non-profits, and other organizations.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding efforts for the Great Lakes Cheese Intern Association program.
• Support the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process for various positions within the network.
• Coordinate large scale hiring events as needed.
• Review candidate resumes for both hourly and salary requisitions, and process candidate movement in the applicant tracking system for the most critical roles outlined by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Responsible for fostering and maintaining an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process of a candidate.
• Utilize standardized interview guides to help drive consistency and organization of assessment and selection documents and methods.
• Assist with creating and posting job ads and recruitment marketing campaigns across the company network.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Manger with recruiting and onboarding projects as appropriate.

• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work for a company in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Working Conditions
• Occasional exposure to industrial operations including: temperature extremes from approximately 35ºF to 100ºF; noise levels in excess of 85 dB; moisture and moving machinery.• Work is performed in an office setting.EEOC & Disclaimer
