Business Systems Analyst - CPM

Experienced professional to support SAP Commercial Project Management with Project Systems integration knowledge.  Proficient in CPM configuration and development, including project management, Workspace, Object links, Financial planning, Forecasting, Change orders, and Embedded analytics.  

Job Description

• Map new business requirements into SAP CPM processes and functions. 
• Proficient in CPM configuration and development, including project management, Workspace, Object links, Financial planning, Forecasting, Change orders, and Embedded analytics.  
• Support and resolve CPM production issues. 
• Expertise with CPM embedded BW objects: Aggregation levels, cubes, CA-CPD Analytics, key figures, characteristics, filters, and InfoObjects. 
• Working knowledge of CPM BWIP framework, Analysis for Office integration with CPM and BRF+ framework. 
• Expertise in CPM Real Time data acquisitions and BI Content. Hands-on experience creating planning functions and planning sequences.
• Perform Root cause analysis, Debug and Resolve CPM Planning workbook errors using BOPF, VBA, InfoCubes, DataStore Objects and CPM Analytics.
• Proficient in WebDynpro, CPM UIBB’s and resolving CPM WebDynpro issues. 
• Expertise in CPM BOPF framework, CPM DataSources, CPM Process chains, CPM Characteristics, DataStore Objects and Workbooks.
• Working knowledge of CPM Currency conversion, Version management, RFC destinations, Fiscal period, 0CALMONTH and 0CALWEEK. 
• Experience working with CPM BOPF Data structure, Transient Structure, Buffer class and Node elements. 
• Perform CPM User training and create and maintain relevant documentation. 
• Knowledge of CPM valuation and transfer analytics strategies.
• Working Knowledge of CPM BAdI’s, Classes, Business process objects and Master data objects. 
  
   

Qualifications:

 

• 5 – 7 Years of experience in SAP Commercial Project management
• 5 – 7 Years of experience integrating CPM with MRS, PS, SD
• 5 – 7 Years of experience extending CPM functionality with VBA
• 5 – 7 Years of experience Embedded BW
• ABAP experience - nice to have
• The ability to work independently and in a team is vital. 
• Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential.
• Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary. 
• Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes.

• Handle day-to-day activities using DevOps methodology: prioritize work, ensuring on-time deliverables with quality.

Min. Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering
