Global Insights & Digital Transformation Lead (f/m)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead global reporting, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and standardized business performance reporting across Operations.
• Drive analytics and translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, finding opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Champion the adoption of AI-enabled solutions and automation to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with global stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable reporting, analytics, and digital solutions.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish/Manage performance dashboards, KPIs, and governance frameworks to monitor business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making while coaching teams through change.

What are we looking for?

• Proven leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

• Strong experience and understanding of Supply Chain and Operations, with the ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

• Experience driving digital transformation, with knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical approach, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
• A proactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
