About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (12 AM to 9 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week - Pacific time)


Responsibilities:
  • Create paid ad designs for platforms including Facebook, Google, Instagram, and TikTok

  • Develop visual content using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Retouch and enhance imagery from client photoshoots

  • Utilize AI-generated creations in design projects

  • Produce animated content such as GIFs for marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand consistency across projects

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience creating paid ad designs for social media platforms

  • Strong skills in photo retouching and image manipulation

  • Familiarity with AI-generated design tools

  • Ability to create animated content (e.g., GIFs)

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

Scope:

  • Design visual content for multiple DTC brands across various digital platforms

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions

  • Work remotely with flexible hours, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs

  • Contribute to the creative direction of marketing campaigns for diverse clients

  • Work remotely with flexible hours (after probation period), as long as tasks are completed accurately and on time
