Core Responsibilities

• Partner with the team and retail leadership to set the strategic direction for our partnership with Walmart.
• Lead a large, diversely skilled team, including continually assessing the fit between the individuals, team structure, client needs, and company objectives.
• Keep informed on the competitive landscape within the Walmart ecosystem to inform our strategies and create opportunity within the Scintilla ecosystem.
• Create an environment where the team has a commercial mindset, and the client has an awareness and openness to obtain our full set of capabilities.
• Budget, forecast, and achieve financial targets – revenue and expense.
• Create client partnership at multiple levels in their hierarchy and across multiple functions.
• Influence internally cross-functionally and at multiple levels
• Develop the skills of the team, with a primary focus on developing direct reports
• Work tightly with the Sam’s Club Team Leader to leverage Walmart Inc
• Deliver high impact from Circana thought leadership, within CIS department but also to executive leadership
• Create a culture of highly skilled Unify usage throughout the team, being at the cutting edge of Unify and Liquid AI capabilities

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $220,000 to $225,000.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
