About the role:

 

As a Project Management Intern, you will be part of cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions to enhance patients’ lives. In all actions, you will demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Analyze projects (scope, resourcing, timeline delivery) to compare projects and identify best practices 
  • Collaborate with a variety of functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectives
  • Support in the identification and coordination of project teams with good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or task
  • Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments
  • Manage individual project challenges and recommend solutions to address them 
  • Document project meeting minutes, issues log, decision log, metrics, and other key communications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Project Management, Engineering, or Business with a graduation date of Fall 2025-Spring 2026. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
  • Must be able to commit to program dates May 19th or May 27th – August 9th or August 15th
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)

Maximum Salary: $71552 

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
