Who you are:

You are a self motivated, strategically minded individual looking to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The FP&A Associate will report directly to the SVP of FP&A and work closely with leadership in building the short term and long term operating model for the company as well as participate in key operational and strategic decision making. You will be responsible for conducting financial reviews of a wide range of business needs and managing financial processes such as planning, forecasting, reporting and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems using data, analysis, and market research
  • Provide business analysis, financial modeling, and related support on FP&A and Financial Strategy related projects including new business initiatives, strategic partnerships, and the short and long term strategic planning process.
  • Perform financial analysis on company performance in light of both internal and external trends 
  • Create plans and presentations for the Executive Team and Board of Directors 
  • Partner and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and leaders across the company 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience, preferably at a top investment bank, consulting firm or SaaS organization
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field of study
  • Extensive experience in building financial models, analyzing financial data, providing valuations and preparing financial reports
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with superior critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently communicate to all levels of the company
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders; strong teamwork skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability and desire to work effectively, delivering accurate results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, dynamic environment

California, New York, Washington and Colorado only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below.  Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.

Colorado: $72,000 - $99,000 USD

California/New York/Washington: $80,000 - $110,000 USD
