2nd-Shift, Monday – Friday(4PM – 12AM) Overtime as needed

Summary of This Role

Manages the activities of production team(s) to ensure that operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; utilization, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. Monitors the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. Provides operational input for planning, sourcing, directing and monitoring workflow including supplies. Collaborates with and may source vendors who provide technical support for equipment and/or product. Develops approaches and plans for pricing, budget development and tracking, equipment needs and material procurement. Collaborates with Technical Support, Client Relationship, Risk and Compliance to ensure all federal, state and regulatory requirements are followed.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Interfaces directly with prospects and or clients on a wide variety of topics to provide expert knowledge of areas or processes. Advises clients on best practices as it relates to procurement, manufacturing and fulfillment. Presents or delivers information and presentations to prospects and clients directly. Provides timely and relevant solutions to issues that arise to include root cause and corrective action.
  • Oversees flow of production across multiple departments through pre-production meetings and through use of production metrics to meet varying Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Initiates and ensures clear written and verbal communication both horizontally and vertically throughout the organization. Escalates internal and external issues that may affect our clients, team members or company. Delivers presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Directs, motivates, develops, and evaluates, supervisors, managers, and direct reports’, job performances and duties. Directly involved in hiring of leadership team members.Oversees the department/division leadership, setting priorities, and delegating critical assignments.
  • Assists in the development of vendor and client RFP's (request for proposals). Establishes guidance needed within proposals to meet the company and client expectations by collaborating with internal and external partners. Direct the team in procuring pricing, vendor feedback and meeting tight timelines. Oversee completion of documentation to ensure all aspects of RFP's are accurate.
  • Facilitates meetings with appropriate departments to create, revise and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Supports the implementation and development of new products, technology, and processes by providing key input based on requirements and desired solution. Analyzes production and quality metrics to drive efficiency improvements and reduce risk.
  • Manages equipment, maintenance and replacement; system vulnerability upgrades and other department assets as needed.
  • Assists in budget planning and manages to approved budget.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 8 years
  • related professional experience including a minimum of 3-4 years experience in a supervisory position.
