ICS Security Operations Specialist

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 •    Assist in performing security assessments within manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments to identify risks and threats (e.g., unsecured remote access points, suspicious remote connections, unauthorized devices on the network, etc.). Assist in analyzing assessment results and preparing remediation guidance and recommendations.
•    Assist in maintaining an ICS asset inventory and updating ICS inventory records.
•    Work with Gap owners to remediate identified gaps and risks. Some travel may be required.
•    Assist with the management of ICS patching Lifecycles. Assist asset owners in communications with vendors to identify proper patch levels and schedule device updates.
•    Will be responsible for familiarizing themselves with each factory's BCP/DR Plans and ensuring that critical ICS devices and systems are covered. Will assist in testing BCP/DR plans to assess readiness
•    Assist with ICS Policy review and creation when needed.
•    Conduct periodic security audits to evaluate compliance with the ICS Security Policies.
•    May be required to assist in Incident Response (IR) activities.
