As a Global Cross-Sell & Churn Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by

• Develop, coordinate, and deploy workstream processes across Areas

• Develop analytics and drive impact through to accountable owners

• Operationalize cross-sell pairings to deliver revenue target – build a basket of goods by vertical, establish commercial motion, partner with SIBG to execute in market

• Develop and deploy predictive/responsive models globally – oversee build, integration, and global deployment.  Training, continuous improvement/root cause analysis, adoption, metrics

Your Skills and Expertise 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)

• Ten (10) years of experience in sales in a private, public, industrial, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree preferred

• CRM and pipeline management experience

• Ability to integrate and lead multifunctional perspectives to meet strategic plans and align with business objectives or corporate goals

• Negotiation and influence capability

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood, MN at least 4 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
