TITLE: Events Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: Atlanta, Georgia

About the Position:

The Events Marketing Specialist will plan for a wide range of marketing events such as conferences, networking events, trade shows, and internal events. This role will support the marketing events team in managing the coordination, communication, and reporting. The Events Marketing Specialist will be responsible for negotiating, planning, scheduling and managing corporate events, sales enablement, and other high-level corporate events. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with proven experience bringing live events and experiential activations to life. They will have a strong vision for event strategy and execution, team motivation, and a pulse on industry event trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive multiple projects forward simultaneously

• Help organize and set-up projects for success from initial stages through execution

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess success metrics and identify areas for improvement. Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and stakeholders to enhance future events.

• Manage event communications using various marketing email communication tools, including Cvent and Marketo

• Drive budget development, management, tracking and reconciliation

• Work closely with sales and enablement teams to setup pre-event emails, targeted registration lists and tracking weekly numbers

• Proactively manage project and event timelines, and manage weekly event reports

• Clearly articulate NCR Voyix’s brand vision internally and with third-party production vendors to create best-in-class experiences that bring joy to consumers

• Bring deep knowledge and understanding of the experiential landscape to the planning process
