The National Field Director is a senior leader dedicated to the Snapdragon Field Team responsible for elevating and empowering the retail field organization, ensuring elite channel execution, sales impact, and frontline advocacy. This role drives national strategy into execution, driving the success of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Representatives (ASRs), and Market Development Managers (MDMs) to deliver measurable results in-store. With a strong leadership presence and ability to inspire at every level of the field team, the National Field Director sets the tone for performance, culture, and excellence, ensuring that Snapdragon is an elite team driving brand preference and sellout across multiple retail channels. The National Field Director is not only the leader of our frontline organization but also a catalyst for connecting execution with strategy. What You'll Do

  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers and their downlines
  • Define and track KPIs quarterly, with ongoing accountability and coaching touchpoints
  • Champion a culture of excellence, recognition, and career growth; identify and develop the next generation of field leaders
  • Lead national field calibrations, engagement reviews, and talent development frameworks
  • Model elite leadership presence through regular field visits and direct engagement
  • Act as a senior partner to account leadership, reporting directly to the team that drives Snapdragon’s retail strategy
  • Surface trends, insights, and risks from the field that directly shape client deliverables and program direction
  • Work hand-in-hand with account leadership to align field initiatives with client priorities and evolving retail dynamics
  • Elevate SME feedback and frontline innovation, ensuring the voice of the field is embedded in strategic planning
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in operations, training, and analytics to bring integrated solutions forward
  • Partner with Operations and HR to maintain program discipline, compliance, and efficiency
  • Ensure staffing, scheduling, and store coverage meet contractual and program expectations for maximum impact
  • Monitor operational trends and escalate program risks, while driving solutions with cross-functional teams
  • Safeguard scalability and consistency across all markets and field layers
  • Required travel up to 40%

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale, distributed field sales or retail teams, preferably with experience across both part-time and full-time teams
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations, training, analytics, and client teams to deliver measurable impact

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proven ability to lead with clarity, presence, and accountability 
  • Track record of driving sales performance and executional excellence in a complex, multi-retailer environment
  • Strong, confident, and professional communicator 
  • Skilled at balancing proactive planning with adaptability to shifting priorities
