Sr. Manager Channel Operations

The Senior Manager of Channel Operations will oversee retail operations for our portfolio of animal health pharmaceuticals and OTC products sold across major e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, and omni-channel retail partners. This role is critical for driving operational excellence for both the retail team and greater US business unit, ensuring seamless channel integration, and optimizing sales performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a team oriented approach, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a complex, multi-channel retail environment.

• Position Responsibilities
• Develop and execute channel strategies and best operational approaches to optimize retail operations across e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, and omni-channel platforms.
• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, forecasting, demand planning, supply chain and retail partners.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
• Drive the implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures in channel operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Manage complex projects, including new partner onboarding, data integrations, supply chain management, new product launches and product lifecycle updates.
• Manage relationships with counterpart operations teams at key retail partners to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success.
• Develop and assist on ad hoc analysis with the channel commercial and marketing teams key internal and external stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Level of Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field); advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience/capabilities:
  • Extensive experience in retail operations, preferably in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in spoken and written English are a must, mastering other languages is a plus. 

The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to
be located in (Colorado). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $145,000

other factors.

Base Pay Range: $125,000-170,000
