You will serve as a key point of contact for families while also leading and supporting community outreach efforts that increase brand awareness, partnerships, and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Enrollment Support
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective and current families
- Manage customer inquiries, class adjustments, and general support requests
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to support enrollment growth
- Maintain accurate customer records and call notes in the CRM
- Track lead follow-ups and enrollment outcomes
- Build relationships with local schools, preschools, daycares, HOAs, libraries, faith organizations, and community groups
- Identify and coordinate opportunities for water safety presentations, booths, and local events
- Represent British Swim School at community outreach and marketing initiatives (including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Track outreach activities and report on results
- Monitor local competitors and identify community-based opportunities
- Propose and help execute local promotions and outreach ideas
- Friendly, confident communicator with a positive, professional demeanor
- Strong customer service skills; sales or enrollment experience is a plus
- Comfortable using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic technology
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to attend local events during evenings or weekends as needed
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
- Part-time: 24–30 hours per week
- 3–4 days per week, including weekends when needed for events
- Hybrid role: on-site during weekdays; remote work may be available on weekends

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.
