About the Role

Garner Orthodontics is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Financial Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team in Chandler! This important role manages the financial side of patient care — helping families understand their investment in treatment, handling insurance and payment plans, and ensuring a smooth, transparent billing process from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Present financial options to patients and families in a clear, confident, and caring manner.
   
• Prepare and explain treatment contracts, payment plans, and insurance estimates.
   
• Process payments, post charges, and manage patient accounts accurately.
   
• Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and file claims as needed.
   
• Follow up on outstanding claims and patient balances to ensure timely collection.
   
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
   
• Collaborate with the Treatment Coordinator and Front Office team to ensure seamless patient onboarding.
   
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
   
• Support a positive patient experience by answering billing and insurance questions promptly and professionally.
   

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or business coursework a plus.
   
• Strong understanding of dental/orthodontic insurance and billing procedures.
   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
   
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (training provided).
   
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
