Senior SEM Specialist

This role is a high-impact, hands-on paid media position focused on driving lead generation across Google Ads and Meta Ads for two distinct markets: India and the United States. You will independently build, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, directly influencing customer acquisition for small businesses in both regions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance performance across multiple geographies. You will work at the intersection of search, social, and conversion optimization, with full ownership of budgets and outcomes. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will be key to refining lead quality and improving conversion efficiency.
