Senior Product Manager - Integration Platform (Remote)
ezCaterAbout the role
ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US. The company makes it easy for any organization to manage its food needs and order from over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. For workplaces, ezCater provides flexible and scalable solutions for everything from employee meal programs to one-off meetings, all backed by beyond helpful 24/7 service and business-grade reliability. For restaurant partners, ezCater helps grow their business by bringing them new high-value customers and large orders.
Integration is ezCater’s competitive moat. The speed at which we can connect with corporate customers’ procurement, expense, and HR systems—and with restaurant POS platforms, delivery partners, and other technology providers—directly determines how fast we win and retain the highest-value accounts in our market. Today, our integrations are built by separate teams using different patterns, tooling, and standards. That approach got us here, but it won’t get us where we need to go. We need to move dramatically faster.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and own a unified Integration Platform as part of our next-generation platform, Nova. Your mission: hyper-accelerate ezCater’s ability to build, ship, and scale integrations across every partner type. You will create the shared services, reusable connectors, and developer tooling that turn what is currently a months-long, bespoke engineering effort into a repeatable, configurable, fast deployment. Critically, you’ll also own the orchestration layer that binds individual integrations into end-to-end business processes—ensuring that a corporate customer onboarding, for example, seamlessly coordinates HRIS roster sync, policy assignment, SSO provisioning, and procurement setup as a single, observable workflow rather than a collection of disconnected handoffs. This role sits within the Platform domain and reports to the VP of Product Management for Platforms. You’ll work across the full spectrum of ezCater’s integration surface—procurement systems like Coupa and Ariba, expense platforms like Concur and Ramp, HRIS/SCIM roster sync, POS platforms like Toast and Olo, delivery dispatch APIs, and more—building the foundation that lets every product team integrate and orchestrate faster than any competitor in our space.
What You'll Do:
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for ezCater’s Integration Platform with one overriding objective: dramatically compress the time it takes to build, launch, and scale integrations with any third party.
- Design and deliver core platform capabilities—reusable connector framework, integration modeling, event-driven messaging, business-process orchestration, failure handling, reconciliation, credential management, and observability—so that product teams can stand up new integrations in days or weeks instead of months.
- Prioritize the corporate-customer integration surface (procurement, expense management, HRIS/SCIM, SSO, analytics delivery) as the highest-impact acceleration target, directly enabling faster enterprise sales cycles and onboarding.
- Define and build the business-process orchestration layer: a platform capability that composes individual integrations into cross-domain workflows (e.g., corporate customer onboarding that coordinates roster sync, policy setup, procurement connection, and SSO provisioning as a single managed process with visibility into state, progress, and failures at every step).
- Create a commercial-grade developer experience—integration catalog, developer documentation, self-service onboarding, sandbox environments, and API reference—that lets both internal teams and external partners integrate with minimal hand-holding.
- Build an operational UI for integration health monitoring, issue tracking, alerting, and escalation, giving operations teams real-time visibility and reducing mean-time-to-resolution across all active integrations.
- Establish a library of configurable, composable connectors and data-mapping templates that eliminate repetitive engineering work and turn each new integration into a configuration exercise rather than a development project.
- Partner closely with the corporate-customer, supplier, and delivery product teams to understand their integration backlogs and ensure the platform directly unblocks their highest-priority partner requests.
- Drive the migration of existing integrations from ezRails onto Nova, prioritizing based on business impact and using each migration as an opportunity to prove and refine the platform’s acceleration capabilities.
- Own and obsess over time-to-integrate as the platform’s north-star metric, alongside integration reliability, platform adoption, and partner satisfaction.
- Tell a compelling story using research and data to evangelize the roadmap internally and with key partners
