The primary function of the team is to design, structure and launch various alternative investment vehicles focusing on private markets and hedge funds.  These will be across a variety of fund jurisdictions, vehicle types and asset classes. This includes building new fund and product capabilities, entering new markets and building processes related to these funds within the iCapital ecosystem.</p> <p>iCapital’s rapid growth across global markets creates an opportunity for a highly organised professional looking to join an entrepreneurial environment with learning and development potential. This person will be based in Lisbon, reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects in London.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the team to deliver on strategic priorities</li> <li>Support to define, track and deliver project plans</li> <li>Coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders, including oversight of 3rd party service providers to fund structures</li> <li>Ensuring projects are following defined governance framework and reporting processes to ensure robust oversight</li> <li>Support with fund launches and management of the product pipeline</li> <li>Such projects may include: <ul> <li>Developing local market fund offerings for new geographies</li> <li>Adjusting our offering to deepen penetration in existing markets</li> <li>Enhancing alternative fund structuring capabilities across jurisdictions</li> <li>Developing capabilities to enhance the product offering</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree</li> <li>5+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry and consulting/project management/business analyst experience</li> <li>Experience working across borders and in multiple markets</li> <li>Experience working within a regulated financial services business preferable</li> <li>Private markets fund management industry knowledge preferable</li> <li>Highly structured working style, with ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments</li> <li>Team player with strong communication skills</li> <li>Willingness to learn and expand responsibilities in line with the growth of the team</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools</li> <li>Fluency in English required—both written and verbal, other languages helpful</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>For additional information on iCapital Network, please visit <a href="https://www.icapitalnetwork.com/about-us">https://www.icapitalnetwork.com/about-us</a>  Twitter: @icapitalnetwork | LinkedIn: <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/icapital-network-inc">https://www.linkedin.com/company/icapital-network-inc</a></p>
