Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance to lead all financial operations for a new luxury hotel that includes integrated HOA and club management components. This role will be instrumental in establishing financial systems and controls pre-opening and providing comprehensive fiscal leadership post-opening.
The Director of Finance will oversee all aspects of accounting, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and HOA financial management, while partnering closely with ownership, the General Manager, department heads, and the HOA Board to ensure operational and fiscal success.
Job Specifications:

- Expected Pay Range: $125,000 - $135,000 + annual bonus, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round
Job Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hotel finance leadership experience; HOA or club finance experience required.
- Strong knowledge of USALI, GAAP, and HOA governance.
- Expertise in financial systems, budgeting, and multi-entity reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedu
