Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety of daily operations by maintaining a high attention to detail
- Collaborate and cooperate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Maintain a professional and neat work area
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications and work instructions
- Record daily work completion accurately to report to the lead technician
- Use various mechanical tools without instruction
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
- Operate high-pressure purge work bench
- Perform packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years of experience working in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment
- Must be willing to work the following shift:
- Monday to Friday: 7AM - 3:30PM
- Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to stand for extended periods – 8 hours min
- Must be able to stoop, twist, and bend.
- Must be willing to work in a cleanroom environment, which requires PPE, such as: bunny suit, hair net, beard net, etc.
- Must pass a comprehensive 7-year background check
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Experience working in an aerospace environment
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of measurement devices and mechanical systems
- Experience operating high-pressure air devices
- Experience in automotive, power sports, diesel/ industrial technologies, aerospace or similar industry
- Basic computer, problem solving and decision-making skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team, meet aggressive schedules
- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced work environment
