You’ll get hands-on with our fleet, handling everything from oil changes and filter swaps to minor repairs and equipment checks, making sure our machines stay running on time. Our unique technology and systems-driven approach has led us to become a leading provider of sustainable civil construction services throughout Maryland, Virginia, and DC.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Disclaimer:&nbsp;</strong>The following description has been designed to indicate the general nature and essential responsibilities of work performed by employees within this classification.&nbsp; It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Field lube services (50% of day) - oil changes, topping off hydraulic and coolant, etc.</li> <li>Changing filter including oil, air, fuel, etc.</li> <li>Perform preventative services on trucks and equipment - primarily easy and direct services that can be done without putting a unit out of service for long periods of time.</li> <li>Perform small and quick diagnostics or report back faulty items in the field.</li> <li>Perform small repairs in the field such as hydraulic line repairs, alternator replacements on equipment, battery replacements, quick assembly glass doors, etc.</li> <li>Perform quality control checks of the crew's daily maintenance - this will provide accountability for who is completing reports correctly and will also serve as training for team members who are filling out reports</li> <li>Take small portable equipment or safety related items to job sites that are located on their route for the day - fire extinguisher replacements, small tools, etc.</li> <li>Special projects or other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be a US born citizen.</li> <li>Must have a clean background.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li> <li>
