PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL 1) - REGISTRY

Work Schedule: 

PRN role with variable shifts, Minimum of 16 hours on weekends every 4 weeks, Shifts start as early as 6am and end as late as 6pm. Weekday shifts available as needed. 

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required
• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required

Work Experience Licenses & Certifications

• CPR certification. Required
• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
